Cancellation Policy

Simple, honest, no small print surprises. Here's exactly how cancellations work for subscriptions, pre-orders, and try before you buy — so you always know where you stand.

Subscriptions
Pre-orders

🔄

Subscriptions

Repeat deliveries on your schedule — pause or cancel any time

1
Choose your plan
Pick a duration and delivery frequency at checkout
2
We deliver
Your order ships on your chosen schedule automatically
3
You're charged
Payment is taken per delivery, or upfront if you prepay
4
Auto-renews
Some plans renew at the end — cancel before renewal if needed
Managing your subscription
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Check your order confirmation email — it contains a direct link to manage everything.
Payment & security
Your payment details are stored securely. You're only charged per delivery unless you've chosen to pay in advance for the full term.

Need to return something from a subscription order? See our returns policy for full details on returns and refunds.

📦

Pre-orders

Reserve a product before it's available — pay now or when it ships

What is a pre-order?
You're buying a product that's out of stock or not yet available. We hold your spot until it's ready to ship.
How payment works
We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, then charge the remaining balance when your order fulfills.
When you're charged
The full or remaining payment is taken at a future date — when your item is ready to ship to you.
You can
Cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled. No questions asked — reach out and we'll sort it.
Keep in mind
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can't be cancelled — but you can request a full or partial refund instead.

Want to request a refund on a fulfilled pre-order? See our returns policy for full details.

Try before you buy

Try it at home first — only pay if you decide to keep it

1
Order placed
We authorize your payment method — no charge yet
2
Item ships
Your order is fulfilled and delivered to you
3
Trial period
You have a set window of time to decide if you're keeping it
4
Keep or return
Return within the window — or we charge the full amount
💡

Important: Once the trial period passes and the item hasn't been returned, your payment method will be charged the full amount automatically. Make sure to return within the stated window if it's not for you.
